Dante's Gemma of Buttermilk Forty

Dante was a stunner from the moment he was born. And the judges thought so, too, awarding him a score of 83 in the 2023 Suri Network Fleece Show with the comment "Fine, with excellent luster (18.5 out of 20), handle, and lock style!"., and earning him a reserve color championship. Dante didn't disappoint with the fiber statistics either! His 2024 biopsy results reflect the following: Density - 69.55 S/P ratio - 10.9 P-S spread - 4.3 (29.4-25.1 microns) 2026 EPD rankings: AFD - 4.75% SD - 0.36% While Dante's micron widened between his second and third year beyond what we normally breed for, he has maintained a Grade 4 status through 2025 and that narrow micron spread and high S/P ratio more than make up for it!! Dante started his breeding career this year (2025) and already has some confirmed pregnancies. We can't wait to see the offspring!
